Electronic Correspondence System (e-Saraban)

The Electronic Correspondence System for Government Agencies (e-Saraban) is
a service platform for sending and receiving official documents, storing files, forwarding, issuing orders, signing documents, or submitting them into a circular document system — all conducted electronically. The system supports digital signatures and acknowledgments, including access control for document security, and allows many users to work simultaneously. It is provided as Software as a Service (SaaS) on the DGA-Cloud platform which can be accessible via both web-based interfaces and mobile applications.

In addition, the e-Saraban complies with the Electronic Government Operations Act B.E. 2565 (2022) and Clause 6 of the Prime Minister’s Office Regulation on Official Correspondence B.E. 2526 (1983). The system facilitates data exchange between government agencies, increases convenience in document storage and retrieval, and fully supports paperless operations. Moreover, it helps government agencies reduce the burden of procuring server infrastructure for system installation and lowers the cost of system maintenance.

Government agencies are relieved from the burden of developing, installing, and maintaining the electronic correspondence system (e-Saraban).

  2. Agencies save costs on procuring servers and IT personnel for system maintenance.
  3. Supports electronic signatures via mobile application.

Launch and Training of New Features of the Electronic Correspondence System (e-Saraban) on June 28, 2023

DGA has developed the Electronic Correspondence System (e-Saraban) to facilitate government agencies in effectively managing official correspondence via the website https://saraban.egov.go.th.

On this occasion, DGA organized a training session to present details on developing a self-management user management system feature on 28 June 2023, from 09:30 to 12:00. The session was conducted via Microsoft Teams and a recording of the training video is available on this page for review.
