The Digital Government Platform under the operation of the Digital Government Development Agency (Public Organization) or DGA serves as a tool to enhance and support the implementation of Local Government Organizations (LGOs). It enables them to effectively manage administration and public service delivery through digital systems that are actively in use. This platform helps improve service quality and acts as a model for other LGOs, drivingthe adoption of ready-to-use digital tools and accelerating their adaptation to digital government standards.

How to Register for the Digital Government Platform

The digital platform that transforms your organization into a fully digital operation. Now available—simple registration in just a few steps!
1. Register for the service
Contact our experts for consultation to choose the most suitable service package for your local government organization (LGO). You can reach DGA through various channels:
1.1 Fill out the service application form, selecting the main package (My Package) that suits the needs of your LGO. If additional storage is required, you can select the On-Top Package for extra data storage (refer to the supplementary package table B).
Note: First-time users will incur an initial setup fee of 15,000 THB (one-time payment).

2. Quotation Submission
2.1 DGA will submit the quotation to the local administrative organization (LGO) within 2 days.
3. Service Acceptance for LGOs
3.1 The LGOs will proceed with internal approval processes.
4. Service Payment
The LGOs will initiate the disbursement request following its internal procedures.
4.1 Once DGA receives the service acceptance form and the signed quotation.
4.2 DGA will issue billing documents, charging an annual fee based on the selected main package.
4.3 If the LGO subscribes to an additional package, DGA will follow the quotation process (Section 2) and allow monthly billing for the add-on services.

Once the LGO has completed the service payment, DGA will schedule a training session, which will be conducted over two days, either online or onsite.
Note:
Training sessions are available both online and at the LGO’s location.
DGA will provide expert trainers for system usage training.
The LGO is responsible for arranging the venue, computers for training, travel expenses, meals, and refreshments (if applicable).
For online training, the LGO must ensure access to computers for participants
6. Free 30-Day Trial
No need to worry about costs or system compatibility with your organization.
Your organization can use our system for a 30-day trial at no charge. During this period, expert consultation and guidance will be available to assist with system usage.

Organizations and system administrators can register for a trial of the system through DGA using the following channels:
