The workD Platform enhances collaboration among government officials with efficiency, security, and Hybrid Working support. Users can stay connected and collaborate seamlessly even when working from different locations.

workD Mail
The secure electronic mail system designed for safe data exchange, built on infrastructure located in Thailand. It supports seamless integration between email, calendar, and contacts, while ensuring security with Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus protection.

workD Chat
The messaging system that supports one-on-one and group conversations, whether within the same organization or across different agencies. It allows users to send images and documents, ensuring seamless, fast, and effective communication.
workD Meet
The electronic meeting system supports general meetings with over 300 participants per room. It enables both individual and group meetings with video, audio, and document sharing, including Microsoft Office and PDF files. The platform also supports meeting recording, participant polling, and meeting log storage, ensuring a seamless and efficient virtual meeting experience.
workD Meet+
The secure electronic meeting system designed for confidential meetings, supporting up to 50 participants per room. It enables both individual and group meetings with video, audio, and document sharing, including Microsoft Office and PDF files. The platform also supports meeting recording, participant polling, and meeting log storage, ensuring a secure and effective virtual meeting experience.
To elevate the efficiency of government personnel, enabling seamless Hybrid Working and developing effective collaboration across departments, ensuring that services can be delivered to the public seamlessly.

Background/ Objective
The Digital Government Development Agency (Public Organization) (DGA) established under the Royal Decree on the establishment of the Digital Government Development Agency (Public Organization) B.E. 2561 (2018) to act as the central agency for digital government systems. DGA is responsible for promoting, supporting, developing, managing, and providing digital technology infrastructure and basic services or applications for government agencies and other entities involved in digital government development.
