กระทรวงเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร, สำนักงานรัฐบาลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (องค์การมหาชน) (EGA), สำนักงานพัฒนาธุรกรรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (องค์การมหาชน) (สพธอ.), เขตอุตสาหกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ประเทศไทย หรือซอฟต์แวร์พาร์ค, กลุ่ม CIO16, สมาคมความมั่นคงปลอดภัยระบบสารสนเทศ (TISA) จัดงานประชุมสัมมนาเชิงวิชาการ “ASEAN CSA Summit 2013” ในวันที่ ๗-๘ กุมภาพันธ์ ๒๕๕๖ ณ ห้องวิภาวดี บอลรูม โรงแรมเซ็นทารา แกรนด์ เซ็นทรัล พลาซ่า ลาดพร้าว กรุงเทพฯ โดยมีงานประชุมสัมมนาเชิงวิชาการ “ASEAN CSA Summit 2013”  ครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากนายณัฐพงศ์ ศีตวรรัตน์ ที่ปรึกษารัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร, ดร.ศักดิ์ เสกขุนทด ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานรัฐบาลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (องค์การมหาชน) และ ประธานกลุ่ม CSA Thailand Chapter คุณไชยเจริญ อติแพทย์ นายกสมาคมซีไอโอ 16 ในฐานะประธานจัดงานฯ  ASEAN CSA Summit 2013 และผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัท ปตท จำกัด (มหาชน) เป็นต้น

งาน ASEAN CSA Hub  ถือเป็นงานที่ยกระดับประเทศไทยในด้านไอซีที และดึงองค์ความรู้ระดับสากลในด้านระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยบนคลาวด์มาใช้ ประโยชน์สูงสุด ถือเป็นครั้งแรกในประเทศไทย และเป็นการประกาศความพร้อมของประเทศไทยในการจัดการด้านระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย บนเทคโนโลยีคลาวด์ และสร้างมาตรฐานใหม่ให้กับวงการนี้ โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมประมาณ 800 ท่าน

ไทยจัดงานประชุมสัมมนาเชิงวิชาการ “ASEAN CSA Summit 2013”
ยกระดับมาตรฐานการใช้คลาวด์ คอมพิวติ้งในอาเซียน

กรุงเทพฯ, -7 กุมภาพันธ์ 2556 – กระทรวงเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร (ไอซีที) ร่วมกับสำนักงานรัฐบาลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือสรอ. สำนักงานพัฒนาธุรกรรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือสพธอ. และหน่วยงานร่วมทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน ร่วมเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดงานประชุมสัมมนาเชิงวิชาการ “ ASEAN CSA Summit 2013” เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานการใช้คลาวด์ คอมพิวเตอร์ในไทยและอาเซียน 

นายณัฐพงศ์ ศีตวรรัตน์ ที่ปรึกษารัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร  (ไอซีที) เปิดเผยว่า การจัดงานประชุมสัมมนาเชิงวิชาการภายใต้ชื่อ ASEAN CSA Summit 2013”  ระหว่าง วันที่ 7-8 กุมภาพันธ์ 2556 นับเป็นหนึ่งในนโยบายของแผนแม่บทด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (ICT Master Plan) และสอดคล้องกับแผนเออีซี 2015  ของกระทรวงไอซีทีในการกำหนดทิศทางทางด้านระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยในคลาวด์ ตลอดจนวัตถุประสงค์ในการก่อตั้งซีเอสเอประเทศไทย ในจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบความปลอดภัยบนคลาวด์ให้ กับประเทศไทยและกลุ่มอาเซียน และยังสนับสนุนผู้ให้บริการคลาวด์ (Cloud Operator) ในประเทศไทย และอาเซียน รวมทั้งเครือข่ายผู้ให้บริการคลาวด์ (Cloud Operator) ที่ได้มาตรฐาน ตลอดจนยืนยันความเป็นศูนย์กลางอาเซียนของประเทศไทย

ดร. ศักดิ์ เสกขุนทด  ผู้อำนวยการ สำนักงานรัฐบาลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือสรอ. และประธานกลุ่ม CSA Thailand Chapter กล่าว ว่า นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นโอกาสที่ดีที่มีพิธีลงนามความร่วมมือการจัดตั้ง ซีเอสเอ อาเซียน ฮับ (CSA ASEAN Hub) ขึ้นในประเทศไทยอย่างเป็นทางการ เพื่อยกระดับประเทศไทยในด้านไอซีที และเข้ามามีบทบาทในการฝึกอบรมสร้างบุคลากร และจัดทำร่างกฎระเบียบเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยบนคลาวด์ (Regulation Draft) ขึ้นมา และมีบทบาทในการกำหนดเรื่องราวต่างๆ ในระดับโลกได้ ถือเป็นประโยชน์ต่อไทยในระยะยาว

สำหรับงานประชุมสัมมนาวิชาการภาย ASEAN CSA Summit 2013 ครั้งนี้เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ คลาวด์ ซีเคียวริตี้ (Cloud Security) ให้กับประเทศไทยและกลุ่มอาเซียน และสนับสนุนผู้ให้บริการคลาวด์  (Cloud Operator) ในประเทศไทย และอาเซียนรวมทั้งการสร้างเครือข่ายผู้ให้บริการคลาวด์  (Cloud Operator) ที่ได้มาตรฐานตลอดจนยืนยัน ความเป็นศูนย์กลางอาเซียนของประเทศไทย โดยงานประชุมสัมมนาเชิงวิชาการได้ถูกวางแผนดำเนินการเป็นเวลา 2 วันเต็ม มีเป้าหมายผู้เข้าร่วมงานประมาณ 500 คน ทั้งจากภายในและประเทศในกลุ่มอาเซียน

นายไชยเจริญ อติแพทย์ นายกสมาคมซีไอโอ 16 ในฐานะประธานจัดงาน ASEAN CSA Summit 2013 กล่าวว่า ภายในงานประชุมสัมมนาเชิงวิชาการ ‘ASEAN CSA Summit 2013’ ครัง นี้มีห้วข้อที่น่าสนใจเกี่ยวกับเรื่องคลาวด์ คอมพิวติ้ง มากมาย อาทิ การรักษาความปลอดภับบนคลาวด์ ความท้าทายในการใช้คลาวด์ในภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิก  คลาวด์สาธารณะ  คลาวด์สำหรับการศึกษา  แอพพลิเคชั่นของการใช้คลาวด์ในธุรกิจ  และคลาวด์สำหรับการบริหารจัดการในภาวะวิกฤต  เป็นต้น

Thailand to Host “ASEAN CSA Summit 2013” to Promote the Standard of
Cloud Computing in ASEAN

Bangkok, 7 February 2013 – ICT Ministry, Electronic Government Agency (Public Organization) (EGA), Electronic Transactions Development Agency (Public Organization) along with various government and private organizations jointly host the academic seminar ‘ASEAN CSA Summit 2013’ to promote the standard of cloud computing implementation in Thailand and ASEAN.

ICT Minister, Mr. Nattapong Seetavorarat, Advisor to the Minister of Information and Communication Technology, revealed “ICT Ministry and Electronic Government Agency (Public Organization) (EGA) jointly signed an MOI with Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) to found the official CSA office in Thailand. EGA will handle the human resources and budget issues to support all activities related to CSA. This effort aims to promote security system for cloud computing among users. CSA will support all activities and provide know-hows. This MOI will greatly benefit the region. Therefore, the cloud computing system in Thailand, especially G-Cloud, would continue to enjoy sustainable growth on the basis of GIN system which can be scalable to Super GIN for more network expansion to other areas, availability of government data with accessibility for related agencies and bodies. We will launch the “Smart Farmer” and other intelligent solutions to improve working processes and offer better services to the public. All systems will be based on cloud system. In this regard, the G-Cloud of Thailand will be extensive and grow tremendously. Thus, the security system and legal aspects will also grow to promote confidence.” 

“I believe the cloud system of government and private sectors in Thailand will serve users with their confidence while reciprocate the assistances among ASEAN countries to ensure that the system is secured and deliver optimized benefits to all countries.”

Today, ICT Ministry and EGA will out our best efforts to set this issue in motion. We signed MOI with CSA to found CSA office in Thailand. EGA will handle the human resources and budget issues to support all activities related to CSA. We hope that Thailand will drive the security activities for cloud computing to other ASEAN countries with profound supports from CSA on activities and know-hows. This MOI will greatly benefit the region and I wish to congratulate this contract signing ceremony.

Dr. Sak Segkhoonthod, President and CEO  of Electronic Government Agency (Public Organization) (EGA) and President of CSA Thailand Chapter, noted “CSA Thailand Chapter is now offering know-how on Cloud Security which is featured in CCSK Certificate (Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge Certification Course) of CSA. We will invite speakers from CSA to conduct in-house CCSK course for all our alliances to educate them on how to make the most of cloud computing for Thai society as Thailand need more experts in this field which are very in demand for various applications such as auditors for cloud providers for government and private sectors, educators on Cloud security awareness, train the trainer project and Cloud com-implementers.

Some of the highlighted topics during ‘ASEAN CSA Summit 2013’ include Cloud Security, Challenges in APAC that influence cloud adption, Public Cloud, Cloud for Education, Cloud  Businesses Applications of, Cloud for National Crisis Management, etc.
