During the seminar, OECD presented the OECD Digital Government Policy Framework, along with approaches for collaborative development of data and digital services across government agencies. Throughout the sessions, representatives from South Korea, the United Kingdom, and Australia shared their insights and experiences on overcoming challenges and achieving success in digital government transformation. They demonstrated how digital technology can be applied to facilitate public access to government services swiftly, securely, and efficiently, highlighting cybersecurity as a key component. These learnings provide valuable knowledge that Thai government agencies can adapt and apply effectively.<\/span><\/p>

In addition, this seminar brought together over 50 government agencies to attend and gain insights. Beyond offering new perspectives from countries that have successfully implemented digital government, the event emphasized the importance of inter-agency collaboration in creating digital services that deliver maximum benefits to citizens. Moreover, Representatives from Thai government agencies also presented national challenges and opportunities for developing digital government from their respective domains. The discussions included efforts to ensure data privacy, as well as the use of modern technologies to design citizen-centric services and enhance administrative efficiency in alignment with the rapidly evolving global landscape. This seminar thus marked a significant opportunity to expand international cooperation among government agencies and to establish a knowledge-sharing platform for ongoing experience exchange between Thailand and the international community in the future.<\/span><\/p>
