The Digital Government Development Agency (Public Organization), or DGA, warmly welcomes government and private sector personnel, as well as the public, to learn more about the roles and responsibilities of DGA.<\/span><\/p>

There are two types of site visits available:<\/span><\/p>

Online Visits \u2013 Available when DGA implements a Work from Home (WFH) policy to prevent the spread of COVID-19.<\/span><\/li>
On-Site Visits \u2013 Available at the DGA premises during normal circumstances.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Guidelines and Regulations for Visiting and Study Tours<\/b><\/p>
1. Group visits and study tours must be no more than 25 participants. For online visits, <\/span>
  <\/span>the number of participants may be adjusted as appropriate.<\/span><\/li>
2. Visits can be scheduled on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Morning sessions are from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and afternoon sessions are from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM.<\/span><\/li>
3. A formal request letter for the study visit must be submitted at least one month in advance. The letter should include the following details:<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
  Name of the organization and list of participants, including their positions <\/span>(if applicable)<\/li>
  Preferred date, time, and duration of the visit<\/span><\/li>
  Purpose of the visit<\/span><\/li>
  Name of the coordinator, along with email address and contact phone number<\/span><\/li>
  Specify the topic of interest for the visit, choosing from the following suggested topics:<\/li><\/ul>
  The roles, responsibilities, services, and operational plans of the Digital Government Development Agency (Public Organization) (DGA)<\/span><\/li>
  DGA\u2019s services and projects, such as:<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
  Data Innovation and Governance Institute (DIGI)<\/span><\/li>
  Digital Government Technology and Innovation Center (DGTi)<\/span><\/li>
  Thailand Digital Government Academy (TDGA)<\/span><\/li>
  One Stop Service<\/span><\/li>
  Digital Platforms \/ Services<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
  Thailand\u2019s Digital Government Development Plan<\/span><\/li>
  Knowledge and understanding of digital government<\/span><\/li>
  Other topics of interest related to digital government<\/li><\/ol>
  . The visit request is confirmed only when your organization receives official written or email confirmation from DGA.<\/span><\/p>
  If the visit has been confirmed but you would like to change the schedule, please notify the Marketing and Communications Division at least 3 days prior to the original appointment date. Otherwise, it will be assumed that the original schedule still applies.<\/span><\/li>
  Please prepare and arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.<\/span><\/li>
